I have recently signed up on eharmony. I met this guy that I have been talking to from there. Hes really nice and we have a lot in common. The only problem I have is that he loves to work out and i dont myself. I am not ';in shape';. I mean i dont find myself huge but im def not skinny either. Eharmony doesnt give you a place to answer about your body size but i do have pictures up. Do you think this will be a problem with him? How should I bring it up in conversation?Online dating? Advice Please...?
You should just try not to think about it. Be confident. Don't bring it up in conversation. If you choose to meet in person, don't let your insecurities show. If he doesn't love you for who you are, then he is really not worth it.Online dating? Advice Please...?
Hmm. I guess it all depends on the person. I am a gym person and personally, prefer my guy to be one too only because it's a big part of my life and I like to have that in common with my partner. However, everybody is different. If you two are clicking and have a lot in common, it would be silly for him to end your romance over that. I guess it depends on how big working out is for him.
Also, as the person in front of me said, if he doesn't love you for who you are then he really isn't worth it.
online dating? advice please ?
answer
you have to be careful with online dating.
you must tell the truth about your weight,
and there should be no lies,
i am scared of online dating,
as you are dealing with total strangers
it is scary dealing with people you do not know ,
be careful,
If it seems like it is something that is a big part of his life (being fit and working out) it seems fair that you should let him know. Maybe just mention to him that it isn't a huge priority to you, when you get to know him better you can allways exchange photos.
