Dating Advice!!! HELP!!!?

Ok, so here's the deal... There is this boy in my math class. He is a German exchange student. He's super cute and i'm crushing HARD, but i'm pretty sure he doesn't even know i exist. The homecoming dance for my school is on friday, and I was wondering if i should ask him out or not.


Ok, so whether the answer to above is yes or no, here's part 2. I've never dated anybody before... where should i even start with this? I need serious help. I finally have the guts to ask someone out, and i'm totally ignorant as to what to do...

try talking to him as just friends first. ask him a question or introduce yourself. if the conversation works and you have some chemistry then go ahead and ask if you arent too nervous. if you feel like its still a little too akward try to keep talking and maybe ask him to another dance or on a date later on.Dating Advice!!! I was in Germany for two years. if you want to catch his attention, give him some German phrase. i will help you on this and make sure write these. the first one is Guten Tag (gooten-tag) which means good day. the second one is Was ist los (vas-ist-los) which means ';what's up';. you pronounce letter ';w'; as letter ';v';. those little phrase will catch his attention. Give that one a try and see what will happen. Good Luck
Well, i think that the first step would be to make yourself noticed


and actually talk to him if possible. introduce yourself and try to get to know each other.





If you guys kick it off pretty well ask him to take you to the dance.
I think you should just ask him out, the worst that could happen is he says no, but at least you'll have tried and you'll have no regrets.
A german exchange students is as good a person to start out with as anyone.

But, uhm.. in my opinion (which is purely an opinion)


I don't think that you should ask him out.. Make yourself look available, and strike up convo... if he likes you, he'll ask you out.


I think it may be because i'm old fashioned.... but if he's interested... he'll ask you.





HOWEVER, dont be afraid to start conversation with him... If he doesnt know you exist, how is he supposed to ask you out?!?! trike up a good convo, then breifly mention the dance, and ask him if he's excited. Then make convo about how you want to go, but you'll probably just be going alone... if he doesnt get that yet... then he's just not getting it, and your gunna have to give it more time.





But, if you REALLY are that eager.. by all means, ask him out. But, I'm just saying.. I wouldn't do it. It's not my style..
