Dating Advice (i'm 15)...?

I'm 15 years old. And I'm perfectly fine with being single. Lol. But, one of my friends introduced me to her cousin. He's 15 years old too, and in the same school, same grade. Him and I have been talking for like 10 days now. At first, I didn't really know him, and didn't think I'd date him. But we still talked and he knew I just wanted to get to know him. And now, he is like all I think about. Lol. But, I used to still like my ex (alot) and now I don't even think about him. I think about this new guy. And every little thing reminds me of him. I wanna date him, but school is about to start, and I am thinking it is better to wait and see what happens during school. That is what my mom says too. So, I just need a little advice... Dating Advice (i'm 15)...?
