Best place for a first date, for a shy girl and a shy guy, and how do I ask the shy girl? HELP!!!!


One of my best friends is someone that over the last year i have fallen in love with, how do i ask her out without making it awkward.......... i dont know what to do because i dont want to ruin the friendship, so yeah a best place for a first date and how do i ask her thanks! once again we are best friends, we also talk about 3 hours on AIM a day, but yeah we are both painfully shyHelp Please dating advice
first, you need to do this in person. not on aim. so just go up to her and talk to her. make her feel comfortable. then, say something like ';i really like you and i want to be more than just friends. but i don't want this to ruin our friendship in any way.'; just be open about it with her. i know its hard if your shy, but once you do it you won't regret it! well just ask her out if you love her. never keep it a secret. maybe she likes you too but please dont get your hopes up so high because i asked out a guy i really thought liked me back i was so sure of it and he said no. but im sure your situation wont be like this because of coarse she isnt that guy i asked. just give it a try. you never know what on the other side of the door till you open it. just ask her casually on a date. maybe go to the movies, i mean you guy ARE best friends. if you talk with her for 3 hrs on IM then why not ask her out?
